Walking down the street, the cracked and imperfect boulevard beneath my feet and the rain pounding in my ears can’t still my thoughts. The opening shows poor English, Well, a run on sentence that separates its ideas too far apart.
The whole does not provide any tension, any problems for your protagonist. We know that he is worried, but not what about, nor what he is going to do about it.
I have read webcomics that are at this level, but am considering not continuing some of them.
This is 'slice of life', not bad as a continuing series, but poor to start with.

All alcoholic drinks are pretty much strong. Stay away from anything that is brown. and drink water in between every other 3rd drink. If you keep drinking all night you will wake up with a really bad hang over. There is nothing like waking up to the toilet. Drink at least 4 glasses of water before you go to bed and eat crackers or toast. soak up the alcohol.

Reoccurring dream about someone who isn't me?
I continue to have these dream about a young redheaded girl named Clara I believe. It seems to be in olden times(like, around the revolutionary war?) and I continue to have dreams about her as if she were me, but she's not me. I've had three so far over and over.
