Saggy breasts? I've just been reading the question about pros and cons for breast and bottle feeding. My biggest fear (I'm sorry if i sound vain) is getting saggy breasts. I've been told off so many people that you get saggy deflated breasts when you breast feed. Just wanted to know if this is really true. |
Breastfeeding has nothing to do with how your breasts change.
Your breasts change during pregnancy as they prepare to open up the milk factory. And then you have initial postpartum engorgement as the factory kicks into gear. ALL mothers go through these two things, even if they don't nurse. These things, along with genetics and nutrition, are what make your breasts different after pregnancy. Go ahead and give your baby the best possible by breastfeeding, because your breasts are going to change no matter what you do. |
Saggy breasts??? Ok, I've always had saggy breasts (I'm 21) and it has played a big role in lowering my self esteem. I'm wondering how do other girls in the same situation cope with it in daily life (without surgery) and in their relationships? |
36 - c is a very nice size.
the only thing you can do about them without surgery is wear a push-up bra to accentuate your cleavage and keep in mind that you shouldn't have any one looking at your breasts that you don't feel comfortable with. if you are with a man (or woman) intimately they will love every inch of your body or they don't deserve you. |
How to prevent saggy breasts while pregnant? I've noticed that my breasts have gotten a little saggy. They've started to droop a little, i forgot to mention im 32 weeks pregnant. is there anyway i can keep my breasts from sagging? i try to wear my bra constantly, but honestly its so uncomfortable. Any advice? Thanks in advance! |
| unfortunately they will awasy droop just a little after pregnancy, and with old age! however, if you have a really good fitting/supportive bra it will decrease the drooping - since day 1 of being pregnant I have been wearing Bendon Sports Bras, and also have to wear a cotton bra to bed at night cus my breasts are so sore, but it seems to be helping cus so far havent gotten stretch marks either. |
Saggy Breasts?? I am a 19 year old male..I am 6'0 and 240lbs...I've got very saggy boobes. Does anybody have any excersizes i could do to fix this problem? I look like a 80 year old grandma..Please helpp. |
Hey Jake
You have to lift weights, bench press, incline press, over head press, work your deltoids and arms, in short work your upper body three times a week 45 minutes or longer and you will be alright. You don't have to lose weight, but you need to move what you have around. Don't for get to work your lower body as well or you will look funny. diet and exercise is the best thing for you and your body.
Good luck and Keep the Faith....PEACE....cya.... |
What is the main cause of saggy breasts? Seriously. I'm sick of seeing them. And what's worse is that they are extremely common.
Saggy breasts normally come with large areolae as well. Is there a connection of some sort? What causes large areolae then?
Whatever happened do perky boobs with small nipples? |
What ever happened to men with lives?

What can I do about my overly-large areolas and saggy breasts? hi .. i am 15 years old and i have a size 36 C cup. i have huge areolas (about the size of the bottom of a pop can) also, my breasts are extremely saggy .. it's like i have 80 year old woman boobs! because of this, i have very low self esteem and very high doubts of my sex life .. i have been also teased about my overly large areolas and saggy breasts. i was thinking about having a breast lift and reconstruction of the areola but am i too young? i can't afford surgery so is there any way health insurance will cover it? or maybe can i pay it off in the future? is there any way i can fix this without under-going surgery? please help. thanks. |
| You are probably being too hard on yourself, I''m sure they are fine. Unfortunately there is much other than surgery to fix that kind of problem. |
Does anyone know what products to use for saggy breasts? I recently lost about 50 pounds and now my breasts are saggy. I need to know if there is a product out there that can make them firm again. Something that really works no matter what the cost is because I don't want to have any surgery. |
After 2 babies I have saggy breasts. But sorry no cure besides surgery. You have done great by loosing that much weight. Saggy breasts can be a bit of a turn off, but I have accepted it and appreciated that there is more to beauty than nice breasts. Those are my "badges if honor."
So hey, don't worry too much if you do not find the help, those are your badges. |
If i have stretch marks does that mean I'll automatically have saggy breasts if i lose weight? I'm in my older teen years. I want to lose some weight, not alot. I have bigger breasts with some stretch marks. I'm afraid if I lose weight my breasts will just become saggy. Because I probably store some fat there so if it is gone they will be saggy because of the excess skin. I want to know if it is possible that instead of saggying even though I have stretch marks I'll just get smaller breasts or flatter. |
You are dead right. You *do* store fat in your breasts and if you lose weight, they *will* get smaller and since they have stretched to accommodate however much fat they presently contain, they are pretty likely to sag. The most important thing is not to (ever!) gain too much weight in the first place - including when in the future you get pregnant.
Now that said, the stretch marks have little relevance - the stretch marks are actually in the skin, but it is not your skin which primarily supports your breasts, but a "honeycomb" of ligamentous tissue throughout the breast. It may be more elastic than you think.
For the present, if you are overweight, do try and drop back into the normal range - and then make a point of staying there. You will look better not being overweight even if your breasts sag a little. |
Why are large areolas often associated with large, saggy breasts? When looking at various pics either in magazines or online, I notice that girls with small areolas often have small/medium perky breasts while does with large areolas often have large, saggy breasts. Do those characteristics always go hand in hand? Are large areolas due to genes or are they a result of enlarged breasts? Serious answers plz. |
Nipple size and breast size do not go together. In very overweight women, the skin of the nipple may stretch and enlarge, but unless they are very obese, this will not happen.
I have small boobs (A cups) and large nipples. My breasts are perky. I've never been overweight. My nipples have just always been large.
It's just that many porn and other sexy movies always show the small nipples, so that's what is seen as "pretty". So when they want to show "ugly" people, that must be saggy with big nipples.
Really, there's nothing to be ashamed of. Anyone that sees large nipples really won't care becuase, hey, they've got your top off and are probably having lots of fun already!
Don't worry about it. It's normal, and what you see is just a coincidence and the media playing up to what they want people to think is pretty. |
Is it abnormal to have really saggy breasts at 23? My breasts are size 32 G, so they are very large...but really really saggy. They are laterally in line with my elbows when I don't wear a bra. I'm very uncomfortable with them out of a bra. Do many other early 20 somethings have saggy breasts? |
| I am average (36C) and I started sagging in my mid 20s as well. It's just gravity and unfortunately since you do have large breasts you are going to notice it more. |
