| Yes i found a lot of changes and mine became swollen and raised with lots of vainey things around the nipple. Mine weren't sore during the first pregnancy but this time round they are very sore. | Its a condition called gynocamistia (gyno for short) and it is just from your hormones. I have had Gyno for 2 yrs and im 14 and it hasent gon away! :( but im one of the unluckey ones, it usually goes away durring the 1st yr. Also No... | Was it her first heat? If it was, it was like a young girl going through puberty - the nipples grow larger, and they'll stay that way her entire life. Even if it wasn't her first heat, dog's hormones are the same whether they're pregnant or not. | Don't mess around with this: you probably only have an infection... but it's a darn painful one that will need antibiotics for you to get prompt relief. You need to have a doctor examine you to establish this diagnosis and see that the breast is normal after the acute process clears up to ascertain there is no tumor underlying this infection. - MD x30y |
